心理干预联合常规康复护理中风恢复期随机平行对照研究

Psychological Intervention Combined with Routine Rehabilitation Nursing of Apoplexy in Restoration Stage Randomized Parallel-Controlled Study

[目的]观察心理干预联合常规康复护理中风恢复期效果。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将240例住院患者按随机数字表随机分为两组,常规康复护理组120例根据患者情况制定相应护理计划,从肢体摆放与运动、皮肤、营养支持、用药、肢体训练、日常生活能力训练等方面进行护理,按护理计划进行康复训练,并进行常规心理护理。心理干预护理组120例心理干预联合常规康复护理(建立良好护患关系、提供舒适住院环境、健康宣教及心理疏导、音乐疗法、认知行为干预、做好随访);常规康复护理同常规康复护理组。连续护理50d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心理状态、日常生活能力、ADL量表评分、不良反应。连续干预护理1疗程,判定效果。[结果]日常生活能力积分两组均有明显升高(P<0.05),心理干预护理组升高优于常规康复护理组(P<0.05)。[结论]心理干预联合常规康复护理中风恢复期,消除患者不良情绪,建立有效心理防御机制,提升康复效果,无副作用,值得推广。

[Objective]Observation on the effect of psychological intervention combined with routine rehabilitation nursing of apoplexy in restoration stage.[Method]Using random parallel control method,in 240cases of inpatients on a random number table randomly into two groups,Using random parallel against method,will 240 cases hospital patients by random digital table random is divided into two group,general rehabilitation nursing group 120 cases general rehabilitation nursing,psychological intervention nursing group 120 cases psychological intervention joint general rehabilitation nursing（established good nursing patients relationship,and provides comfortable hospital environment,and health mission and the psychological grooming,and music therapy,and cognitive acts intervention,and do follow-up）;General rehabilitation nursing with General rehabilitation nursing group. Continuum of care 50d for 1 course. Observing clinical symptoms,daily living,ADL scale score,adverse effects. Continuous intervention of nursing 1 medication to determine effects.[Results]ADL score both groups have a markedly elevated（P0.05）,the Group rise superior to conventional psychological intervention nursing rehabilitation care group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Psychological intervention combined with routine rehabilitation nursing of apoplexy in restoration stage,eliminating emotion of patients with,establish an effective defense mechanism,enhance the effect,no side effect,merit promotion.
