摘要 综述了银离子配位法在天然活性物质(包括DHA、EPA、α-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、β-榄香烯、半边旗中5F、生育酚和生育三烯酚等)的分离和测定中的应用。主要对银离子与-C=C-键的配位机理,对分离和提纯上述8种天然活性物质的应用进展以及对此配位方法与高效液相色谱法和薄层色谱法等方法相结合的测定天然活性物质方法的进展情况进行了综述(引用文献31篇)。 A review on the application of coordination of Ag ( I ) ion in separation and determination of natural and active substances (including DHA, EPA, a linolenic acid, arachidonic acid,β-elemene, 5F in pteris flag system, tocopherol and tocotrienol etc. ) was presented, relating mainly to the mechanism of coordination of Ag( I ) with the --C--C-- bond; the separation and purification of the aboved mentioned 8 natural and active substances; and the combination of separation by coordination of Ag ( I ) with the methods of HPLC and TLC for the determination of the 8 substances (31 ref. cited).
