摘要
目的:观察大黄敷脐预防治疗胃癌化疗后便秘的疗效。方法:67例胃癌化疗后曾出现过便秘的患者采用自身对照的方法,观察大黄敷脐及粗纤维饮食对化疗后缓解便秘的有效率。结果:大黄敷脐对便秘总有效率为94.03%,粗纤维饮食为7.46%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:大黄敷脐预防治疗胃癌化疗后便秘,使用方便、安全,具有较好疗效。
Ohjective：To observe the effect of rhubarb umbilical prevent constipation after chemotherapy of gastric cancer.Methods：In 67 patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy had own control method with constipation patients, observation of rhubarb umbilical and crude fiber diet efficiency on constipation after chemotherapy.Results：Rhubarb umbilical therapy on constipation, The total effective rate was 94.03%, crude fiber diet was 7.46%, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Rhubarb umbilical prevent constipation treatment of gastric cancer after chemotherapy, easy to use, safe, with good effect.
