安度更年汤对围绝经期雌性大鼠血清E_2及ER的影响

The Influence of the Serum E_2 and ER in Perimenopausal Female Rats by Using Andu Gengnian Decoction

目的:通过动物实验探讨安度更年汤对围绝经期症状改善的作用机理。方法:12月龄SD雌性清洁级大鼠40只,随机分为4组(模型组、己烯组、安高组、安低组)加上青年组10只共5组。按等体积1mL/100g,日2次,连续灌胃30d,观察计算各组大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)及子宫雌激素受体(ER)表达的变化。结果:安度更年汤能增加血清E2水平、增强子宫ER的表达。结论:安度更年汤能改善机体内分泌状态。

Objectve： Through the animal experiments to explore Andu Gengnian Decoction for perimenopausal syndrome improved mechanism. Methods：40 female SD clean rats of 12 months old, randomly divided into four groups （model group, hexene group, angao group, andi group） and 10 youth for a total of 5 groups. Each group rats were fed the same period by equal volume, 1mL/100g, gavaged 2 times per day, for 30 day, observation calculating each rat serum estradiol （E2） and uterine estrogen receptor （ER） changes. Results： Andu Gengnian Decoction can increase the level of serum E2, can strengthen uterine ER expression. Conclusion： Andu Gengnian Decoction can improve the body endocrine state.
