Studies on Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides haemaphysaloides Supino, 1897 From Fujian by Scanning Electron Microscopy

扫描电镜观察表明,雌蜱的孔区长宽约0.91mm×0.75mm,孔区有74—78个小孔;气门板呈逗点状,气门斑位于气门板前端正中,呈椭圆形,其周围有很多大小不等的杯状体.哈氏器呈宽卵圆形,前窝感毛6根,孔毛1根,囊孔呈不规则分裂状,远端毛2根平列,中毛4根;若蜱的口下板齿式2/2,每纵列7—8枚齿.气门板椭圆形,有300余个杯状体;哈氏器远端毛2根斜列.幼蜱的口下板齿式2/2,每纵列有6—7枚齿;哈氏器前窝毛5根,远端毛2根斜列,中毛2根;盾板有肩毛、背缘毛、背中毛各I对,异盾有背中毛2对,背缘毛7对。

Description of morphological characters of Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides haemaphysaloides in adult stage was more detailed than it was before. The Haller's organs in adult was oval and its anterior pit was deep. There were six sensory stetas in the anterior pit of the adult. There was one poros setas which was strong and long in the anterior pit, the end of the poros setas was round. Its capsule aperture spilt up irregularly. There were two distal setas which located on the same line and four medial setas on Haller's organ. In nymphal stage, dentition formula 2/2, peritreme was ellipse, there were three pairs of anal setas. There were two distal sctas which located on the different line. In larval stage, dentition formula was 2/2, there were a pairs of anal seta, there were five anterior sensory setas, two distal setas which located on the different line and two medial setas. The total number and position of setas in larval stage were stable. There were a pair of scapular sctas, marginal dorsal setas and central dorsal setas on scutum. There were two pairs of Cd, and seven pairs of Md. on allo-scutum. There were three pairs of sternal and two of prcanal, epimeral, postanal and five pairs of marginal on ventral view.
