Analysis on Psychological Problems of Female Librarians in University Library and Countermeasures

随着信息时代的迅猛发展,社会对图书馆员提出了更高的要求,图书馆员的心理负担也越来越重。根据图书馆女馆员占多数这一现状,分析了高校图书馆女馆员在工作中出现的各种心理问题和原因,并提出相应对策。

With the rapid development of information era, the society has put forward higher requirements for the librarians, librarians＇ psychological burden is getting heavier. According to the present situation that the female librarians are in the majority in the library, this paper analyzes various psychological problems of female librarians of university library in their work, analyzes the causes, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
