In the process of pushing the democratic management in university, university library, being one of three important pillars of university, must continuously strengthen the awareness of democratic management, explore and improve democratic management system and mechanism, practice actively the democratic management, and through implementing the democratic management, strengthen the construction of harmonious library, and do more contributions to the reform and development of university.
