This paper puts forward the definition standards, key factors and value embodiments of library＇s social responsibilities, holds that the social responsibility is a theoretical consciousness of realistic problems, and puts forward some main contents of the social responsibilities that should be commonly undertaken by the libraries, and further puts forward some paths for the implementation of library＇ s social responsibilities.
