得力生注射液对紫杉醇药动学影响的考察

Effects of Delisheng Injections on Pharmacokinetics of Paclitaxel in Rats

目的:研究得力生注射液对紫杉醇药动学的影响。方法:测定16只SD大鼠单用紫杉醇及合用得力生注射液后紫杉醇的血药浓度,并进行药动学参数的计算和比较。结果:与单用比较,合用得力生注射液后紫杉醇分布相半衰期t_(1/2α)明显减小[(1.62±0.54)和(0.14±0.07)h,(P<0.05)];t_(1/2β)、CL、AUC_((0-τ))、AUC_((0-∞))、C_(max)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在大鼠体内得力生注射液可能影响紫杉醇的药动学,使紫杉醇分布相半衰期t_(1/2α)明显减小。

Objective： To study the effect of Delisheng injections on the pharmacokinetics of paclitaxel in rats. Method： The plas- ma concentration of paclitaxel was detected in 16 SD rats administrated paclitaxel alone or paclitaxel combined with Delisheng injec- tions, and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated and compared. Result： After the combination with Delisheng injections, t~/2 of paclitaxel was decreased significantly [ （ 1.62 -＋ 0.54） and （0.14 ＋ 0.07 ） h, （ P 〈 0.05 ） ], tl/~, CL, AUC^o_,~, AUC^o_ ~ ~ and C showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Delisheng injections can influence the pharmacokinetic parameters of paclitaxel by decreasing tl/2.
