摘要
目的:测定鄂西北地区白及块茎中总酚的含量。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,采用Folin-酚比色法,运用可见-紫外分光光度法测定不同产地白及块茎中总酚的含量。结果:采用Folin-酚比色法测定白及中总酚含量,准确度好,精密度高。没食子酸对照品在0.005 3~0.063 6 mg·ml^(-1)的范围内线性良好(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.55%(n=6)。结论:16种不同产地的白及药材中总酚含量差异较大,其中保康城关,河南淅川县荆紫关镇,及郧县鲍峡的白及药材含量较高,大于10.0%,产于郧县城关的白及药材含量较低,小于2.0%。白及产地不同,总酚含量相差较大,可作为控制白及质量的一项指标。
Objective: To determine total polyphenol in the tubers of Bletillae Striatae from northwest area of Hubei province. Method : The content of total polyphenol in the tubers of BletiUae Striatae was detected by Folinphenol colorimetry using gallic acid as the reference and UV spectrophotometry. Result: There was a good linearity within the range of 0.005 3-0.063 6 mg ~ ml- l for gallic acid(r =0. 999 1 )with the average recovery of 98.8% (RSD = 1.55% ,n =6). Conclusion: There are significant differences in the to- tal polyphenol content from 16 areas. Among them, the total polyphenol content of BletiUae Striatae fl'om Baokang Chengguan, Henan Xichuan Jingziguan, and Yunxian Baoxia is above 10.0% , while that of Bletillae Striatae from Zhushan and Yunxian Chengguan is lower than 2.0%. The content of total polyphenol in the tubers of BletiUae Striatae is various from different areas, which can be used as an index for the quality control of Bletillae Striatae.
