为了减少两岸稻米贸易的障碍,促进贸易顺畅,本文对两岸稻米的农药残留限量、重金属、真菌毒素限量等卫生安全标准做了详细比较分析,得出两岸农药残留限量差距较大,针对这种情况,提出了加快两岸对稻米农药残留限量标准体系的信息交流和协调制修订,关注禁用物质两岸检测方法检测限的不同而引起的限量标准的差异,结合两岸生产实际及农药残留限量的特别关注点,制订合理使用农药规范,及制定大陆与台湾稻米管理规范等建议。

In order to enhance the trade of rice across Taiwan Straits,the paper analysis differences of rice hygiene and safety standards between Taiwan and Chinese mainland,including maximum residue limits of pesticides,heavy metals and mycotoxins.The collusion is that it still exists distinct differences of maximum residue limits of pesticides across Taiwan Straits.In view of this situation,it proposes that it should accelerate the information exchange and coordination of revision and development of rice pesticides residue standards across Taiwan Straits,should pay more attention on the difference of residue limits of banned pesticides due to the difference of detect limits of different detect methods.And according to the agricultural habits and Special focus of maximum residue limits,it should develop regulations on reasonable using pesticides,and develop management regulation for rice exporting from Chinese mainland to Taiwan.
