摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水溶液为流动相,使用以ZORBAX SB-C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在245nm波长下对环戊噁草酮90g/L悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.013,变异系数为0.14%,平均回收率为99.06%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of pentoxazone SC by HPLC with acetonitrile and Water solution as mobile phase,ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 245nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0,the standard deviation was 0.013,the variation coefficient was 0.14%,the average recovery was 99.06%.
