摘要 信号产生与数据采集是箭载计算机动态测试与评估的关键。根据箭载机对输入输出信号的要求,在建立动态测试与评估系统的基础上,对信号产生与数据采集系统进行了具体设计。硬件方面,分别对脉冲量板卡、DI/DO卡、串行通讯卡、A/D卡、D/A卡的选型进行了分析;并对信号调理电路进行了设计。在此基础上,搭建了整个硬件实物系统。软件方面,在RTX实时环境下对加速度信号的产生过程进行了分析,验证了系统信号产生功能的可靠性,并通过双通道示波器观察两种方式下产生的任意方波信号,验证了系统数据采集功能的可靠性。研究结果可为箭载计算机的动态测试与评估方法研究提供技术支持。 The signal and data acquisition are the key to the arrow on-board computer dynamic test and evalua- tion. According to the requirement of input and output signal of the arrow on-board computer, the dynamic test and evaluation system is established on the basis of signal and data acquisition system for the detailed design. Hardware aspects, the pulse volume boards selection, the DI/DO card selection, the serial communication card selection, the A/D,D/A card selection are analyzed respectively, and the signal conditioning circuit was designed. On this basis, the hardware physical system is set up ; Software aspects, the produce process of acceleration signal is analyzed in RTX real-time environment, testing the reliability of signal production of the system' s function, and testing the re- liability of data acquisition of the system' s function through the dual-channel oscilloscope to observe any of square wave signals in two ways. The study of marriage can provides technical support for the arrow of the on-board com- puter dynamic test and evaluation method study.
