摘要
由于电磁式电流互感器是全封闭式的结构,在出现故障的情况下,利用常规方法不能对其内部缺陷实现直观地展现。笔者利用X射线数字成像技术对35kV电磁式电流互感器的内部结构进行透照,能够发现其存在的物理缺陷。在解体后,对所判定的缺陷类型进行验证。试验结果表明,相比其他常规检测方法,X射线数字成像技术能够更直观地发现缺陷的位置,并能够在不解体、主绝缘不破坏的情况下,实现对35kV电流互感器内部结构的可视化分析并准确地确定缺陷性质、程度和类型。
Since the electromagnetic current transiormer ts a tutty enc^u~ , --- be visually shown by using conventional method in the case of failure. Using the X-ray digital imaging technology can show the internal structure of the 35 kV electromagnetic current transformer, and also can discover the physical defects of its existence. After the disintegration, we could verify the type of defects. The experimental results have shown that, compared with other conventional methods for detecting the X^ray digital imaging technology can he more intuitive in finding the location of the defect, and can be used to achieve the visualization of the internal structure of 35kV current transformer without disintegrating and destroying the main insulating, and it can accurately determine the defective nature, extent and type.
