摘要
劳动年龄人口是社会发展的中坚力量,其就业人口的职业结构从人口发展“质”的角度反映了一个族群的社会进步程度.本文以第五次、第六次人口普查数据为主要数据源,分析我国百万以上少数民族劳动年龄人口中就业人口的职业结构、各职业的性别结构以及近十年来（2000～2010年）的变化特征.通过计算职业性别隔离系数与职业流动率并采用职业性别结构金字塔图直观反映并分析了各职业的性别差异与流动特征.
The working-age population is the backbone of social development and the occupational structure of the working-age population reflects the degree of an ethnic group＇s progress from view of the ＂quality＂. The data of the fifth and the sixth census is the primary data source of this article. This article analyzes the occupational structure of minority which population size is more than one million. And the sex structure of the occupation and its characteristics changes in the past decade （2000-2010）are also discussed in this passage. This article calculates occupational sex segregation coefficient and occupational turnover. The occupational gender structure pyramid diagram is used to intuitively reflect the sexual differences of and the flowing characteristics among various occupations.
