摘要
黑石耳为石耳属地衣,是真菌和蓝藻高度结合的共生复合体,具有食用、药用等多重研究价值.用旋转蒸发仪以水提法制备黑石耳粗提取物和石耳多糖,经平板抑制法和试管抑制法抑菌试验显示,黑石耳粗提取物具有一定的抑菌作用,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.057 mg/mL,对枯草芽孢杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.115 mg/mL,黑石耳多糖对上述三种细菌没有抑菌作用.湘西北武陵山区张家界生长的黑石耳应具有一定的药品和保健品开发价值.

Umbilicaria growing innorthwesternHunanZhangjiajieWuling Mountainsshould havesome development value indrugs and health products.
