各地方会计服务示范基地“做实”取得进展

Concrete progress made in model accounting service bases

为了贯彻协会组织开展2013年"手拉手、面对面、心贴心"注协机关干部职工走基层调研活动的有关精神,切实抓好示范基地建设,8月以来,中注协调研组在董新钢副秘书长的带领下,先后深入天津、辽宁、新疆、深圳、福建等地,开展"走基层"调研活动,了解已建示范基地建设进展情况,推动拟建示范基地各项工作的开展。

In order to promote the development of model accounting service bases, the research group of CICPA, led by Deputy Secretar y- General Mr. Dong Xingang, ha s b een conducting researches in Liaoning province, Fujian province, Tianjin, Shenzhen, and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region starting from August 2013. The research group learned the progress of existing model bases, and advanced the setting up of new model bases. Tianjin provides both business and policy support for its model base;Shenyang base achieved substantial progress in integrating information technology with industrialization; the infrastructure and business expansion in Fujian base go hand in hand; Shenzhen base is devoted to systematize customs inspection; and Xinjiang base seeks to establish cooperation between China and central Asian countries. CICPA will continue to refine the functional positioning of these model bases so as to build them into mutually beneficial platforms for accounting services.
