摘要
目的研究南海驻岛礁官兵守礁后生理指标的改变及综合干预措施。方法选择2012—0912月成建制守礁官兵166名,年龄19-37岁,均为男性,经医院全面体检身体合格。其中南海大礁104名官兵为干预组,小礁62名官兵为未干预组。检测守礁前后官兵的锌(Zn)、钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、红细胞体积(meancorpuscularvolume,MCV)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(highdensitylipoproteincholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(10wdensitylipoproteincholesterol,LDL-C)、促卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulatinghormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(1uteotropichormone,LH)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)、神经降压素(neurotensin,NT)、肾上腺髓质激素(adrenalmedullahormones)、心钠素(atrialnatriureticfactor,ANF)、睾酮(testosterone,T)等指标的变化。结果与守礁前比较,未干预组守礁后Fe、MCV、HDL-C、FSH、LH、GAS下降,Zn、Ca、LDL-C、T、ANF、NT、。肾上腺髓质激素上升(P〈0.05或0.01)。与守礁前比较,干预组守礁后Zn、Fe、Ca、MCV、HDL-C、LDL-C、FSH、LH、GAS无明显差异(P〉0.05),NT、肾上腺髓质激素、ANF、T升高(P〈0.05)。结论针对守礁官兵生理指标发生改变进行综合干预后Zn、Fe、Ca、MCV、HDI,-C、LDL-C、FSH、LH、GAS得到纠正;NT、肾上腺髓质激素、ANF、T得到改善,但没达到完全纠正的目的,需继续探讨。总体干预成功,可全面应用于南海守礁官兵。
Objective To study the changes of physiological indexes and synthetic intervention measures of service men stationing on reef in south china sea. Methods A total of 166 male servicemen, aged between 19 and 37, accepting physical examination and ascertained as healthy from September to December 2012, were studied. A total of 104 service men stationing on the big reef were the intervention group, and 62 servicemen on the small reef were noninvervention group. Zn, Ca, Fe, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC), low density lipo protein cholesterol (LDLC), folliclestimulating hormone (FSH), l uteotropic hormone (LH), gastrin, neurotensin (NT), adrenal medulla hormones, atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) and testosterone were tested before and after statio ning. Results Compared to those before stationing, the nonintervention group had devreased Fe, MCV, HDLC, FSH, LH, gastrin and increased Zn ,Ca, LDLC, testosterone, ANF, NT, adrenal medulla hormones (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). Compared to those before stationing, the intervention group had no significantly different Zn, Ca, Fe, MCV, HDLC, LDLC, FSH, LH, and gastrin (P〈0. 05), and increased NT, adrenal medulla hormones, ANF and testosterone (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion After the comprehensive intervention according to the change of the physiological indexes of service men after stationing, Zn, Ca, Fe, MCV, HDLC, LDLC, FSH, LH and gastrin can be corrected, NT, adrenal medulla hormones, ANF and testosterone can be improved but not completely corrected and needed further discussion. The inter vention is overall successful and can be fully applied in the servicemen garrisoning on the reef in south China sea.
