加强器官资源公平分配的思考

Thoughts on Strengthening Fair Distribution of Organ Resources

目的提高器官资源分配的公平性。方法对我国器官移植面临的问题进行了分析,并提出器官资源公平分配的原则。结果提出要建立器官获取与分配组织、完善器官移植立法工作、健全医疗保险配套措施等。结论器官资源公平分配对目前器官移植体系建设具有重要影响。

Objective To improve the equity of organ distribution. Methods Organ transplantation problems and the principle of equitable distribution of organs were analyzed. Results To establish the organ procurement and distribu tion organizations should be established, the organ transplant legislation should be perfected, and the supporting measures of health insurance should be improved. Conclusion Fair distribution of organ resources has an important influence on the construction of the organ transplant system.
