摘要
随着社会发展的日趋多元化,社会的取向更加开放和包容,人们的工作价值观取向趋于多元化,这种变化加大了员工之间的合作难度,若要继续保持个体职业的良好发展和组织整体绩效的提高,就需要积极维护彼此友谊,保持和谐积极的职场氛围。以往的研究并未从社会网络或社会资本的视角对其进行研究,但是当下的趋势是个人的社会资本会对职业发展产生越来越重要的影响。因此,在组织管理研究中,必须充分关注一个新的影响职业成功的因素——政治技能,并引入职场友谊这一中介变量,对被管理者实施针对性更强的管理培训,有助于提高管理水平和效能以及职业成功的几率。
Based on the review of relevant theories, this paper constructs a mediation model for career success, with political skills and workplace friendship as the influencing factors, which is the first of its kind in China. With the data of 170 employees in a logistics enterprise, the paper uses a structural equation model to test the relationship between the political skills and career success. The main findings are as follows. Firstly, political skills and workplace friendship have significant effects on career success. Then workplace friendship plays a mediating role between political skills and career success, which should have some significance to the future studies in this field.
