食管癌与贲门癌术后并发吻合口瘘的临床分析与治疗 被引量：3

摘要 目的 食管癌与贲门癌术后并发吻合口瘘的临床分析与治疗探讨.方法 2008年6月～2013年6月在本院接受根治切除术治疗的92例食管癌和贲门癌患者中有13例患者手术后并发吻合口瘘,对这13例食管癌和贲门癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 13例患者中胸内吻合口瘘有12例,无患者死亡.颈部吻合口瘘有1例,无患者死亡.结论 提高手术技巧,选择合理术式,强化术后护理可以降低吻合口瘘的发生率和死亡率.
