茶树新梢生长及萎凋过程中SOD活性与脂质过氧化作用 被引量:4

摘要 研究了2个茶树品种新梢不同部位叶及其新梢萎凋过程中超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性、脂质过氧化作用产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化.结果表明:茶树新梢叶随着叶序下移及萎凋时间的延长,SOD活性降低,MDA含量升高.茶叶SOD同工酶分析表明,不同品种茶树的SOD同工酶谱有差异.从酶谱上还看到茶叶经萎凋后酶活性减弱,酶带减少. The variation of SOD activity and contents of the products of lipid peroxidation (MDA) during the stage of developing and withering of the shoots of two varieties was studied. The results showed that older leaves in shoots and withering were associated with the decreases of SOD activity and with the increases of MDA contents. The SOD isoenzymes of shoots was analysised that their SOD activity was different among various varieties. It was observed that after withering of the shoots the SOD activity was decreased and isoenzymagram bands of SOD became less.
