社会网络资本影响村镇银行发展的机制研究——基于安徽村镇银行的实证分析

The Mechanism of the Development of Village Banks Affected by Social Network Capital:Empirical Analysis Based on Anhui Village Banks

运用结构方程模型和安徽村镇银行的调研数据分析社会网络资本影响村镇银行发展的机制,研究结果认为村镇银行的社会网络资本对村镇银行的发展有正的影响,但是这种影响不是直接的传导机制,而是村镇银行的社会网络资本首先对村镇银行的发展能力产生正的效应,村镇银行的发展能力对村镇银行的经营效益产生正的效应。因此,村镇银行必须从思想上重视社会网络的培养与构建,增强构成成员之间的良性互动能力,构建以信任和组织愿景为基础的村镇银行文化。

Using Structural equation modeling and Anhui rural bank survey data to analyse the social network capital’s effect on the development of rural banks,the results suggest that Social network capital have a positive impact on the development of the rural banks,but this effect is an indirect transmission mechanism.Social network capital has positive effects on the development of the village banks which has a positive effect on the operation.So the village banks must ideologically pay attention to the cultivation and construction of social networks,enhance positive interaction between members,build rural bank culture based on trust and goodwill.
