摘要
通过问卷调查的实证发现,大学生心理资本对创新行为变量达到近50%的解释力。具体而言,事务型心理资本比人际型心理资本对创新行为的作用更大。事务型心理资本中对创新行为正向效应从高到低依次是自信勇敢、奋发进取、坚韧顽强以及乐观希望;人际型心理资本则依次是尊敬礼让、包容宽恕、感恩奉献,而谦虚诚稳不具有显著正作用。
The survey results indicate that university student’s psychological capital can explain about 50% variance of creative behavior.Specifically,task-oriented psychological capital has stronger impact on creative behavior than relationship-oriented psychological capital.The positive effect on the creative behavior by task-oriented psychological capital are listed from highest to lowest as follows,self-confidence and courage,enterprise,perseverance,and optimism.As to the effect of relationship-oriented psychological capital,modesty and prudence has no significant effect on creative behavior.Among the other three factors,they are listed from highest to lowest: respecting and courtesy,toleration and forgiveness,thanksgiving and dedication.
