中药灌肠疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者血流变的影响

The effect of TCM enema therapy on blood flow changes in patients with CPID

目的:研究单纯中药灌肠疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者血流变的改善,以及症状、体征的好转。方法:选择慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型偏瘀证患者80例,随机分为中药灌肠组(治疗组)和中药灌肠加口服组(对照组)。结果:两组高切全血粘度、低切全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞电泳时间疗前和疗后相比有显著性差异,组间相比无显著性差异;两组治疗前后患者症状和体征的改善明显。结论:单独中药灌肠效果不亚于口服加灌肠,不但可以明显减轻患者的症状、体征,且可以有效的改善患者血液浓、粘、凝、滞的状态。

Objective： To study the simple enema therapy on blood flow changes in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （CPID） improvement, as well as improvement of the symptoms and signs. Methods： 80 cases were selected and divided into the treated group and the control group. Results： Before and after treatment, compared with a significant difference between the two groups, showed no significant difference; before and after treatment in patients with signs and symptoms improve significantly. Conclusion： Effects of the simple enema therapy as much as oral plus enema, not only can significantly reduce the patient＇s symptoms, signs, and could effectively improve the patient＇s blood status.
