电针配合穴位注射治疗卒中后肩-手综合征疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating post stroke shoulder hand syndrome by electro acupuncture combined with acupoint injection

目的:观察电针配合穴位注射治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为两组,均配合康复治疗,治疗组采用电针配合穴位注射治疗,对照组予以电针治疗。两组治疗前后临床疗效进行比较。结果:两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合穴位注射治疗本病有明显治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating post stroke shoulder hand syndrome by electro acupuncture combined with acupoint injection. Methods： 78 cases were randomly divided into two groups, were combined with rehabilitation therapy, the treated group was treated by electro acupuncture combined with acupoint injection, the control group was treated by electro acupuncture. The two groups before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy was compared. Results： There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating post stroke shoulder hand syndrome by electro acupuncture combined with acupoint injection has obvious effect.
