中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation by TCM Traumatology methods combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction

目的:为了观察中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性总结我院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者30例资料,所有患者治疗方法选择中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤随症加减进行治疗,治疗后按照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中关于腰椎间盘突出症的疗效标准进行疗效评价。结果:30例资料治疗后痊愈8例(26.7%),显效13例(43.3%),有效3例(10%),失败6例(20%),总有效率为80.0%。结论:中医骨伤手法结合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者具有满意的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating practices patients with lumbar disc herniation by TCM Traumatology methods combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction. Methods： A retrospective summary of our hospital, the information of 30 patients with lumbar disc herniation, and all patients treated with TCM Traumatology methods combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction. After treatment in accordance with the ＂Chinese medicine clinical research＂ Guidelines about lumbar disc herniation criteria for efficacy evaluation. Results： Among the 30 cases, 8 cases were cured （26.7%）, 13 cases were markedly effective （43.3%）, effective in 3 cases （10%）, failure of 6 cases （20%）; the total efficiency was 80.0%. Conclusion： TCM Traumatology methods combined with modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction is effective on treating lumbar disc herniation.
