中医肿瘤临床组方思维探索

Exploration of TCM oncology clinical prescription thinking

目的:探讨分析中医肿瘤临床组方"辨证+辨病"思维治疗肿瘤的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月～2011年1月我院收治的100例肿瘤患者的临床病例资料,对于观察组患者采取"辨证+辨病"思维在传统的辨证论治方的基础上结合合适的整个治疗方案所用到的全部中药材的寒热温凉等药性,使其完全符合患者的临床病征;对照组患者仅在传统的辨证论治方的基础上加用几味抗癌药物。结果:观察组患者用药后临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组间差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;对患者进行随访观察,观察组患者的复发率、转移率、病情加重情况均明显低于对照组患者,两组间差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中医肿瘤临床组方"辨证+辨病"思维治疗肿瘤具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To investigate and analyze of the clinical results of TCM oncology clinical prescription ＂dialectical ＋ identified disease＂ in treating cancer. Methods： A retrospective analysis of January 2010-January 2011 in our hospital 100 cases of cancer in patients with clinical data, for the observation group were to take ＂dialectical＋identified disease＂ diagnosis and treatment in the traditional way of thinking based on the combination of appropriate treatment programs used throughout the entire cold and cool Chinese herbal medicines and other herbs to achieve full compliance in patients with clinical symptoms; control group diagnosis and treatment of patients only in the traditional party based on the use of several taste anticancer medicines. Results： The clinical efficacy in patients after treatment was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance; Patients were followed up to observe the group of patients with relapse rate, the transfer rate of exacerbations circumstances were significantly lower than that of the control group of patients, the difference between the two groups （P〈0105）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： TCM oncology clinical prescription ＂dialectical-q-identified disease＂ thinking has good clinical results, worthy of clinical application.
