独活寄生汤加减配合针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎31例

Treating 31 cases of knee osteoarthritis with the modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus acupuncture

目的:探究独活寄生汤加减配合针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察。方法:挑选符合标准的膝关节骨性关节炎61例,随机分成治疗组31例,对照组30例,治疗组采用独活寄生汤加减配合针灸治疗;对照组采用双氯芬酸缓释片口服治疗;对两组患者临床疗效进行评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.5%,对照组为80%,两组比较差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减配合针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,且具有良好的临床安全性。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of the modified Duhuo jisheng decoction plus acupuncture on treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 61 caases were divided into two groups, 31 in the treated group and 30 in the comtrol group, the treated group was given the modified Duhuo jisheng decoction plus acupuncture, while the control group was given the Diclofenac tablets oral treatment; Clinical efficacy of two groups of patients were scored. Results： The total efficiency was 93.5% in the treated group, 80% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The modified Duhuo jisheng decoction plus acupuncture was effective in treating knee osteoarthritis, and has a ~ood clinical safetv.
