中药治疗细菌性阴道病临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating BV in TCM

目的:探讨中药治疗治细茵性阴道病的临床疗效。方法:观察组100例采用自制中药阴道灌洗方治疗,对照组100例采用甲硝唑治疗,主要观察两组的有效率和复发率。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),且复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制中药外洗方治疗治细菌性阴道病疗效确切,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM treatment on BV. Methods： 100 patients in observation group were given the self-made TCM washing recipe. 100 cases in the control group were treated with metronidazole treatment. Efficiency and recurrence rate were＇ mainly observed in both groups. Results： The total efficiency was higher than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈O.05）, and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treatment of self-made TCM washing recipe has exact efficacy, worthy of promotion and application.
