手法复位闭合穿针结合骨折治疗仪治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

Treating supracondylar humerus by manipulative reduction close needle combined with fracture therapeutic apparatus

目的:研究手法复位闭合穿针与骨折治疗仪相结合治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法:将我院最近2年治疗的112例肱骨髁上骨折的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组56例,所有患儿均采用手法整复闭合穿针方法,观察组患儿加用骨折治疗仪治疗,将两组患儿的临床疗效进行对比。结果:观察组患儿骨折愈合速度和恢复情况明显优于对照组。结论:手法复位闭合穿针结合骨折治疗仪治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折疗效确切,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To study the clinical curative effect of manipulative reduction close needle combined with fracture therapeutic apparatus on treating humeral supracondylar fracture in children. Methods： 112 cases of humeral fracture in our hospital in recent 2 years of treatment, were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, 56 cases in each group, all patients were treated by manual reduction closed needle method, observation group plus fracture treatment, compared the clinical effects of two groups of children. Results： The fracture healing and recovery of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Manual reduction combined with fracture closed pinning was effective for treating supracondylar fracture of humerus in children, worthy of clinical application.
