摘要
采用加糖保护和不加糖保护热处理的蜂王浆饲喂小白鼠,并以新鲜蜂王浆和冰箱中保存1a的蜂王浆作对照饲喂。结果表明,对小白鼠巨噬细胞吞噬活力的影响是,加糖保护热处理至56℃的蜂王浆与新鲜王浆对比无明显差异,却明显地高于冰箱中保存1a的蜂王浆;加糖保护热处理至63℃的蜂王浆,与冰箱中保存1a的蜂王浆对比无明显差异;而不加糖保护热处理至56—63℃的蜂王浆均明显地低于对照组。
Mice (Mus musculus) fed with heat-treated royal jelly which was mixed with sucrose or not were studied in this report. The fresh royal jelly and the royal jelly stored in the refrigerator for a year was the controlles. The results showed that the effect between the royal jelly of sucrose—added protection heafed to 56C and the fresh royal jelly on the phagocytic activity of mice macrophages was not defferent, and their phagcytic activities were significanfly more than that of mice macrophages fed with the royal jelly stored in the refrigerator for a year. The effect between the royal jelly of sucrose-added protection heated to 63℃ and the royal jelly stored in the refrigerator for a year on the phagocytic activity of mice macrophages was not significatly defferent. The effect of the royal jelly heated to 56—63℃ in which sucrose to take protective use was not added on the phagocytic activity of mice macrophages was far less than that of the controlles.
