检索类期刊计算机建库、编辑、排版的一种新方法

A Computer-aided Approach to Editing, Composing and Data Base Establishing of Retrieval Periodicals

针对检索类期刊的文献条目排序、编辑和排版的困难以及计算机检索的需要,提出了一新的解决方法,并列举实例给予详细说明。该方法利用汉字dBascⅢ输入、编辑文献条目,并借助其强大的数据管理功能,完成文献条目排序和条目顺序号、排版命令、内容分隔符的添加,利用排版软件进行计算机排版,使大量的手工操作转由计算机自动执行,从而大大提高了工作效率。

To facilitate bibliographic term sequencing, editing and composing of retrieval periodicals, and to meet the requirement of computerized document retrieval, a computer-aided approach was developed and illustrated. With the strong data—handling capacity of C—dBase III, bibliographic term sequencing, sequence number determination, supplementation of composing commands and comparting characters can all be processed by computer with a little manual operation. It greatly increases operation efficiency in editing and composing of retrieval periodicals.
