摘要
利用粒子的热分布理论 ,推导了铥晶体的吸收系数和铥激光器阈值与温度的关系 ;利用自行研制的掺铥激光器测量了铥晶体的吸收系数随温度的变化 ,实验结果和理论值符合得很好 ;测量了在不同温度下自行研制的铥激光器的输入输出特性 ,得到了不同温度下激光器的阈值。
By the theory of particle heat\|distribution, the relation between absorption coefficient of thulium doped crystal, threshold of thulium laser and temperature is deduced. The absorption coefficient of thulium doped crystal is measured by the thulium laser manufactured by ourselves. The input\|output characteristic of the thulium laser at different temperature is also measured. The relation between threshold of laser and temperature is gained. It's proved that the cause of high threshold of thulium laser is the heat\|distribution particle at low laser energy level.
