对《疯癫与文明》研究方法的解读有利于更好地理解福柯的知识考古学。福柯所谓的知识考古学所考察的核心概念并不是给定的,而是历史性的、生成性的;词与物的分离是研究得以展开的基础,福柯对于知识型的历史考察为知识考古方法提供了历史背景与理论基础;福柯对疯癫史的考察运用了米尔斯所谓的"社会学的想象力",并通过"词的秩序"与"物的秩序"的统一大大拓展了"社会学想象力"的内涵。

To analyze the methodology of Madness and Civilization is beneficial for us to understand the genuine meaning of archaeology of knowledge. The core concept archaeology methodology studies is not given but historical and generative. The severance of words and objects is the basis, and Foucault＇s study on epistemic history provides a historical background and a theoretical foundation for the methodology. When studying the history of madness, Foucault utilized Mills＇s sociological imagination, and greatly extended the connotation of it by unifying the order of words and the order of objects.
