围绕提高高功率UPS铅蓄电池的恒功率放电特性、寿命、可靠性,分析影响高功率UPS铅蓄电池性能的主要因素,提出高功率UPS铅蓄电池设计的核心问题是如何降低电池内阻、减小压降,减缓电池极化,提高活性物质利用率。通过板栅设计、极板厚度与片数、铅膏组份、固化温度、隔膜选择、装配压缩比、连接压降等方面进行分析并提出设计思路。
