Memory work principle experiment is one of the important part of the microcomputer principle experiment teaching contents, through the analysis of the problems existing in experiment teaching, based on cognitive psychology, this paper proposes a new method of memory principle experiment teaching, from shallow to deep, through it students can understand and grasp the memory principle easier, it also can cultivate and stimulate students＇ learning interest and initiative.
