摘要
通过山东电网事故后低频减载装置动作案例与软件的仿真对照分析,指出低频减载装置的离散性对系统频率恢复具有很大的影响。通过分析频率概念及频率测量方法,进一步从理论上指出了低频减载装置存在离散性的可能。最后,针对这一问题,提出了电力系统低频减载整定的改善策略。
Through comparing the actual cases and the relative simulation, this paper presents that the discreteness of under freguency load shedding ( UFLS) devices have a great impact on the restoration of the system frequency. By analyzing the concept of frequency and methods of its measurement, it is pointed out that the discreteness of UFLS devices exists theoretically. Finally, in response to this problem, some UFLS setting strategies are proposed to reduce the impact of the discreteness of UFLS devices.
