Investigation on the Asset Disposal of Gangland-related Criminal Organization in Recent Years:An Analysis Based on C City

黑社会性质组织愈来愈企业化,大多以各种非法手段聚敛了巨额资产,不少黑社会性质组织还掌控有公司。因而,恰当处置涉黑资产已成为当今打击黑社会性质组织犯罪斗争的一项重要内容。文章取样C市近年对涉黑犯罪案件资产处置实务,展示其处置情况,总结其中得失,剖析其所失之因,期望能为完善立法与公正处置涉黑犯罪案件资产提供借鉴。

The corporatization is the new tendency of the gangland-related criminal organizations. Most of them amass a huge asset in illegal manners and even control over their own companies. Therefore, the appropri- ate disposal of the gangland-related assets nowadays becomes an important part of fighting against its crimes. Based on its practice of C city in recent years, this article presents the actual situation of the disposal, draws the conclusions, analyses the causes and expects to provide reference to improve the legislation and deal with justly the cases concerning the gangland-related assets.
