高考自主命题改革的多维度审视

Multi-dimensional Viewpoints on Assignment Autonomy on the National Matriculation Test

高考是我国高风险的大规模测试,其任何一项改革都会牵涉社会全局,分清利弊谨慎推进改革是关键。文章从考试的公平性、科学性、教育机会的公平性和安全性等角度,分析分省自主命题改革的弊端,提出高考应回归全国统一命题。

National matriculation test is known for its high stake in China. Every step of its innovation will bring about huge social influence, and therefore, the essence of innovation is to study the positive and negative effects before every move. The research unveils the significant drawbacks of assignment autonomy of the current innovation of the national matriculation test from the aspects of testing justice, scientificity, fairness and security of education opportunity, and points out that the national matriculation test should adopt the policy of national u- nification assignment.
