临床抢救过程中医护沟通现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis the current situation of doctor- nurse communication in clinical rescue

目的:了解临床抢救过程中医护沟通现状及认知状况,为规范临床抢救过程中的医护沟通提供依据。方法:采取自行设计的问卷,对91名临床护士在临床抢救过程中医护沟通情况及认知状况进行调查。结果:在实际临床抢救过程中,对当前抢救时的医护沟通状况不满意和一般的临床护士分别占35.16%,62.64%,医师开出医嘱和护士执行医嘱的规范性均有待提高。因医护沟通导致的各类问题客观存在,34.07%的护士认为抢救中医护沟通存在的问题肯定会对抢救工作造成影响;70.33%的护士愿意尝试和学习抢救中医护配合的交流模式并遵照标准运用;另29.67%的护士看模式的难易情况而定。结论:应加强医护沟通培训,提高医护人员对抢救过程中医护沟通重要性认识;加强预案演练、加强医护协作,强化管理,以规范临床抢救中的医护沟通。

Objective：To understand the current situation and cognitive status about doctor-nurses communication in clinical rescue,for providing evidence for the standardization of doctor-nurse communication in the process of rescue.Methods：Used a self-designed questionnaire to investigate 91 clinical nurses about the cognitive status and doctors-nurses communication in clinical rescue.Results：In the actual clinical rescue process,nurses were not satisfied or general satisfied with the current situation of medical communication accounted for 35.16％,62.64％,the standardization of doctors＇ orders giving and executing were need to be improved,the problems caused by communication actual exist.34.07％ of the nurses thought communication problems between doctors and nurses will certainly have an impact on the rescue work.70.33％ of the nurses were willing to try and learn to the doctor-nurse cooperation model of communication and follow the standard to use,and 29.67％ of the nurses depend on the model difficulty.Conclusion：We should do more training on communication between doctors and nurses,pay more attention to the importance of doctor-nurse communication in rescue,strengthen the plan training,medical cooperation,and management as to standardize the doctor-nurse communication in clinical rescue.
