卵巢成熟畸胎瘤与糖抗原199、125相关分析

Correlation factor analysis of mature ovarian teratom and serum CA199 and serum CA125

目的：探讨CA199、CA125与卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的相关性及对其诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法：分析卵巢成熟畸胎瘤276例患者年龄、术前CA199、CA125检测值、术中肿瘤的数量、大小、分布情况及相关性。结果：（1）276例中CA199阳性85例（30.80%）；CA125阳性34例（12.32%）；两者均为阳性者18例（6.5%）。两者阳性数比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.001）。（2）成熟畸胎瘤单侧236例，CA199阳性63例，CA125阳性27例。双侧成熟畸胎瘤40例中CA199阳性22例，CA125阳性7例。（3）平均体积为159.33±221.11cm3，瘤体直径＞10cm 31例，6~10cm 102例，≤5cm 143例，瘤体直径越大，阳性检出率越高。（4）不同年龄段CA199、CA125的阳性率呈降低趋势，年龄越小，CA199、CA125阳性率越高。结论：卵巢成熟畸胎瘤可导致血清CA199、CA125血清表达升高，但CA199检测有更高临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the correlation between mature ovarian teratoma and the levels of CA199 and CA125. Method：The correlation among the factors including ages, values of CA199 and CA125 before the surgery, and the numbers, sizes and distribution of the tumours during the surgery of 276 patients suffering from mature ovarian teratomas was retrospectively analysed. Result： The overall rates for CA199 and CA125 in the serum tested positive were 30.80%and 12.32%, respectively, which indicated correlation between the numbers, sizes and distribution of the teratomas and the ages of patients. The younger the patients with larger volumes of teratomas or/and bilateral teratomas of ovaries, the higher the level of CA199 and CA125. Conclusion： The detection of CA199 and CA125 is advantageous in the diagnoses and i-dentification of mature ovarian teratomas. However, the detection of CA199 is of more clinical value.
