作为特殊群体,社会保障对运动员的全面发展和长远利益具有重大意义。运动员的社会保障是多方面的。需要针对运动员容易产生的职业生涯阻滞,展开领导保障;针对运动员容易产生的参赛目标困惑,展开舆论保障;针对运动员容易产生的文化教育缺失,展开教育保障;针对运动员退役再就业出现的障碍,加强就业保障。

Ms a special group, social security is of great significance for the overall development of athletes and the long- term interests. The social security of the athletes must show in many aspects. For example, leading security must be guaranteed because the occupation career block of athletes are prone to induce; punic opinion support should be expanded for the target confusion of athletes; the education guarantee must be developed for the absence of cul- tural education of athletes; employment security should he strengthened according to the harriers in the employment of retired athletes.
