L5-S1椎间盘中央型突出三种治疗方法临床疗效对比观察

Effect on Observation of L5-S1 Central Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Hotmagnet Combined with Low Frequency

目的:观察超短波加中频脉冲电、磁热加低周波、牵引加针灸三种治疗方法治疗L5-S1椎间盘中央型突出的临床效果。方法:将90例L5-S1椎间盘中央型突出患者随机分为A组30例、B组30例和C组30例。A组采用超短波加中频脉冲电治疗,B组采用磁热加低周波治疗,C组采用牵引加针灸治疗。对三组患者治疗前后采用目测类比评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)进行评分,并进行组间比较。结果:三组患者治疗后VAS指数均明显优于治疗前(P<0.01),B组、C组治疗后VAS指数优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:磁热加低周波、牵引加针灸治疗L5-S1椎间盘中央型突出效果优于超短波加中频脉冲电。

Objective： to o[xserve the clinical effect of L5 - S1 central lumbar disc bemiation treated by ultrashort wave combined with medium frequency impulse, hotmagnet combined with low frequency and traction combined with acupuncture. Methods： 90 eases of L5 - S1 central lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly distributed to the treatment group A （30 cases） which were treated by ultrashort wave combined with medium frequency im- pulse and the treatment group B （30 cases） which were treated by hotmagnet combined with low frequency and the treatment group C （30 cases） were treated by traction combined with acupuncture. The visual analogue scale （VAS） was evaluated in every group before and after treatment. Results： there was significant difference among 3 groups before and after treatment. The VAS in the treatment group B and C was better than the treatment group A. Con- elasions： it could get better effect to the L.5 - S1 central lumbar disc herniation treated by hotmagnet czxnbined with low frequency or traction combined with acupuncture than ultrashort wave combined with medium frequency im- pulse.
