我国网球后备人才培养现状及对策分析

On Current Situation and Countermeasures of Training Reserve Tennis Player in China

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等方法,对我国网球后备人才现状进行调查分析。研究表明:我国网球人才培养模式相对单一,后备人才基础薄弱,训练缺乏科学性和系统性,教练员的数量和素质不尽如人意,竞赛机制不够完善。针对这些问题提出了的意见建议,为我国网球后备人才培养提供参考依据。

Using the methods of literature study, questionnaire survey, interview, statistics, and so on, the author presents a study on current situation of training reserve tennis players in China. The results show us the relatively simple training mode, fragil foundation of reserve, the lack of scientific and systematic training, the small quantity and poor quality of coaches, and impefect competition mechanism. We put forward some certain suggestions accord- ingly, aiming at providing some references for reserve tennis players in China.
