摘要
文中根据GISIS中的相关信息进行统计分析,初步得出目前港口接收设施存在的主要问题,并对IMO接收设施的规定、港口接收设施建设和营运的提出了改进建议,为MARPOL公约港口接收设施规定的完善和履约奠定基础。
This paper analyzed the information provided by GISIS, indicated the major problem existed about port reception facilities. This paper also provided some suggestions on the improvement of port reception facility construction and operation for the purpose of improving the requirement of port reception facility in MARPOL Convention and effective implementation.
