调强放疗中摆位误差对鼻咽癌患者剂量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 上世纪末发展起来的调强放射治疗(intensitymodulatedradiationtherapy IMRT)从放射物理学角度改变照射技术,对不同的靶区组织按需要给予不同剂量照射,克服了常规放射治疗的诸多弊端,早期研究显示IMRT治疗鼻咽癌的优势。但目前计划剂量的评估是在计划系统静止图像上进行的,事实上摆位误差是无法避免的,于是使得实际靶区剂量和正常组织受量与计划预计的有所差别。本文通过电子射野影像系统(EPID)测定鼻咽癌放射治疗中的摆位误差,并进一步探讨摆位误差对鼻咽癌患者剂量的影响。
