摘要
研究了制备参数对Al_2O_3/Cu复合粉体的影响,包括复合粉体的煅烧温度对粉体粒径的影响;对煅烧、还原前后的成分进行分析,以达到优化复合粉体的制备参数的目的。结果表明:煅烧温度越高,粉体粒径越大,应尽可能降低煅烧温度;当煅烧温度为500℃时,采用N_2/H_2还原得到粒径为60nm左右的Al_2O_3/Cu纳米复合粉体。
In this paper, in order to explore the appropriate preparation parameters, the preparation methodology of nano-Al2O3/Cu composite particles was investigated, the influence of calcination temperature of composite powders on particle size, the composition analysis before and after calcination was also concerned. According to the research results, the higher the Calcination temperature, the larger the particle size of the powder, that is to say, calcination temperature should be reduced as much as possible. When the calcination temperature reach 500℃ , the particle size of nano-Al2O3/Cu composite powder is about 60nm under NJH2 deoxidization atomspehere. :
