摘要 采用SRAP分子标记对山东省三桠乌药4个居群的遗传多样性进行了分析。16对引物共检测到174个位点,其中多态位点142个,多态位点百分率(PPL)81.61%,Nei’s基因多样性指数(H)0.254 8、Shannon’s信息指数(I)0.385 2,表明三桠乌药的遗传多样水平较高。遗传分化系数(G st)0.317 1,表明31.71%的遗传变异存在于居群间,68.29%的遗传变异存在于居群内。在居群水平上,崂山居群的遗传多样性最高,徂徕山最低。居群间遗传一致度(G S)和遗传距离(G D)分别为0.853 0~0.943 3和0.058 4~0.159 0,居群间的遗传距离和地理位置间无直接相关性。 Genetic diversity of 4 Linclera obtusiloba populations collected from Shandong province was estimated by using se-quence-related amplified polymorphism ( SRAP ). 174 loci were identified with 16 SRAP primer combinations, out of which 142 were polymorphic. The proportion of polymorphic loci (PPL) was 81.61%. Nei's gene di-versity(H) was 0. 254 8, Shannon' s Information index (I) was 0. 385 2, which showed a rich genetic diversity in Lindera obtusiloba. Coefficient of genetic differentiation (Gst) (0.317 2) suggested that most of variation distributed a-mong different populations. At the level of populations, Laoshan population exhibited the highest genetic diversity while Cu-laishan contained the lowest. Nei' s genetic identity and genetic distance of 4 populations were 0. 853 0 - 0. 943 3 and 0.058 4-0. 159 0, respectirely. No significant correlation between the genetic distance and the geographical location was observed.
