施用EM菌对毛竹林土壤微生物生物量碳和脲酶活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用EM菌有机肥和普通有机肥分别施用于毛竹林,并对毛竹笋生产状况、土壤微生物生物量碳和土壤脲酶活性进行了调查。结果表明,采用EM菌有机肥处理比普通有机肥处理出笋数、笋毛产量和笋净产量分别高出13.7%、16.9%和22.2%,土壤微生物生物量碳高出32.7%,土壤脲酶活性高出18.7%。由此可见,EM菌有机肥可以作为一种高效的毛竹笋生产用肥料。 In this study, the influences of Effective Microorganisms (EM) on the production of bamboo shoot, soil microbial biomass carbon and soil urease activity of PhyUostachys heterocycla as a microbial organic fertilizer compared with ordinary organic fertilizer were investigated. The results showed that the number, gross weight and edible weight of the bamboo shoots obtained from the EM treated groups were increased 13.7%, 16.9% and 22.2%, respectively, compared with the ordinary organic fertilizer treated ones. In addition, the soil microbial biomass carbon and soil urease activity were in-creased 32.7% and 18.7%, respectively. Therefore, that EM microbial organic fertilizer could be used as an efficient fer-tilizer in the production of bamboo shoot was suggested.
